Only one downside but really small, is that the laundry room closes at 9 and I was not told of it therefore I could not do my laundry but is just a small thing that it doesn’t matter. "Nous sommes restés une seule nuit l'accueil était très bien la chambre propre la douche impeccable le petit-déjeuner très bien. le seul bémol c'est que la chambre pour 4 personnes 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 12 et 10 ans le lit pour les 2 enfants été trop juste. Pour une nuit ça va mais pour 2 voir plus il faut bien validé la taille du lit avec l'accueil."

There is a ramen place next door. It is a close walk to the bus station and you can walk from the hotel into town. Overall it was a really pleasant stay for a family of 5."

"I loved everything of this accommodation except transportation. I was really satisfied with super friendly and nice service and very traditional Japanese atmosphere which I really wanted. If I come back to Dakayama once again, I’ll definitely come back here! for the location, I would recommend you to take a taxi unless you are okay with walking about 30mins from station and bus terminal. Taxi usually charges you about 1000~1200 yen for about 7~9mins of driving distance."
