"Unfortunately, there was no dental kit or facial cleansing kit in the room. The hotel is clean, quiet and centrally located. The price is reasonable. However, when we went down to breakfast, we learned that the amount we paid did not include breakfast. And we expected them to allow us to continue with breakfast as a courtesy."

"Otel konum olarak mükemmel bir yerde tam merkezde fakat diğer sokaklara göre daha sessiz ve sakin. Oda biraz soğuktu genel olarak klima ile ısındım, televizyon akıllı tv YouTube, Netflix vs. rahat kullanabiliyorsunuz. Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi, hem çeşit bakımından hem de sürekli sıcak olarak yeniliyorlar. Odalarda sigara içilmiyor o yüzden ben balkonlu odayı tercih ettim. Balkon çok geniş ve büyüktü 3-4 kişi rahatlıkla vakit geçirebilir. "

"Excellent location. 5 minutes walk to Nizami street. In front of the hotel there's a mall. The staff and the service were great. I was given a room overlooking the street on my first night and I couldn't sleep, i brought this problem to the staff at 12 am and they were quick to change my room. "

"A superb location with the comfortable airport bus right outside the door, and the downtown core within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly, room was huge and well soundproofed. The bed was comfortable and WiFi reliably fast. The breakfast was surprisingly good (excellent buffet selection). Great value for money for a really good night's sleep!"

"The shower needs to be redone! Water runs out of the shower, making the floor very slippery. Rooms with bathtubs need handles installed to make it easier and safer for older guests to get out. Using the shower or bathtub is currently very difficult and dangerous for them. Additionally, the room temperature was extremely hot and needs better control. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel with excellent staff, a fantastic location, and a wonderful overall experience. Thank you!"

"The staff was what made this hotel exceptional. Everyone from the housekeeping lady to the front desk was welcoming and helpful. I especially like the homemade jam and pastries at breakfast. Great value for money and an easy 20 minute downhill walk to the metro and train station."
