"The worst customer service ever. This is a bait and switch place. The checkin- they never sent me the email to check in. Had to go through hotels to get them to set it. Then lugged up the luggage to find out that the code didn’t work. Hit up hotels again to find out that they have the wrong address. Finally went to the next place. Up another three flights. "The apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and spacious with wine glasses and a kitchenette. But, there was a leak coming from the upstairs apartment. Not just a bit of a leak but a flood that filled a pan. As we were only there one night we had enough towels to mop it all up. This has been mentioned in previous reviews so needs to be looked at immediately. Also the bathroom door was completely missing on one side. My son refused to shower with the family able to see him! Shame...

"Very nice, spacious and cozy studio. 20 mins walking to the city centre but less than 5 mins to the wonderful central station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice garage to park the car across the street (15 euros a day). Very friendly staff, the lady was really flexible (thank you so much :) The only con was the shower drain which seemed to be blocked but overall it was excellent cost-benefit. "
