Kid Friendly Hotels in Henderson

"Room was very clean and had a great view upon arrival. When we went to use the bath tub, the hot water wasn’t working properly. Long story short we ended up having to switch rooms with a (not as great as the previous room view). But from beginning to end, the experience was ideal for the situation. The serviceman came out incredibly quick. He immediately knew this was not a quick fix. I got a call from the manager shortly after, and new keys sent up to my room all within 10 minutes. The managers compensation for the inconvenience was very much appreciated. I wish all issues were solved this way, so I didn’t mind it much. Overall I’d highly recommend. Went for a quick overnight with my teenage son, and he loved every bit of it, even the room switching fun lol. "
