"The best thing about this hotel was the staff: Everyone I interacted with - from reception to the staff at breakfast - was really friendly and went out of their way to help. Service with a smile. Lots of choice at breakfast and the warm food was warm, which isn’t always the case for buffets! The rooms themselves are basic and tired - no coffee facilities, no iron, just one soap for hair/body. "Stayed here as a single parent with my daughter. Cheap and cheerful right next to the atomium. Tram stop right outside to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The man on reception didnt speak much english but he was lovely, very polite and kind to my daughter. Very welcoming. Would stay again "

"Reception staff were adequate and not as friendly and welcoming as other places. Restaurant manager and waiter plus the barmen Liam and Abdul were great and especially the Irish chef in the restaurant, he was just fantastic. Carpets in the hallway and rooms need to be replaced and it is oils feel more like a 4 star. "

"Great little hotel. It’s not a luxury hotel but it had a traditional family run feel and seemed popular with tradesmen. The staff were great, especially at the bar restaurant reception, and food was very good. "

"Nice hotel, about 10 mins out of town by taxi. You can take the tram and walk to the Grand Place quite easily. Breakfast had a wide choice, but the cooked breakfast tended to be a bit on the cold side. Some lovely restaurants nearby within walking distance. I would go back there."

"I can't praise the hotel highly enough! It looked and felt amazing yet the warmth of the staff made the stay feel absolutely relaxed and welcoming! We had a double room, it was very quiet, the room was made every morning. I loved the provision of shampoo, shower gell AND conditioner in the bathroom! "A very pleasant surprise, a much better stay than expected. Room was large and spacious, and clean. Good amenities and a very comfortable stay. Bathrooms could be upgraded to include a walk in shower, that would be my only gripe. Hotel located in a good area, with lots of food nearby. Métro is a 10min walk away, gets you to the main places. Tram was close by but we didn’t have time to use them. "
