"The property has an excellent location, very close to the beach. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the heated bathroom floors were an unexpected delight. There were however several families with children that made quite a bit of noise. The rooms are close together so it is difficult to prevent this. "Hotel is nice and breakfast is satisfactory. Hotel has no Air conditioning, but lucky for me, it spring time when I checked in. I will skip this hotel during summer months. Also, avoid room 202- I think it's the only room with a window that opens widely. The rest of the hotel rooms has upper window part that tilts about 5 inches outward allowing air to get in- not intruder."
