"Outstanding hotel in the heart of Heidelberg yet just slightly removed from old town that it's quiet. Exquisite room - felt like a princess with the mural on the ceiling - with all the amenities and an enormous bathroom. The room was incredible and far exceeded my expectations. All of the staff are welcoming and helpful and made me feel at home. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully laid out. This hotel is a gem and I regret not staying longer but will be back. "

"The receptionist at our check in was wonderful! She provided us with a map of Heidelberg and noted attractions for us. She is a great spokesperson for this town. My cappuccino at breakfast was the best I’ve had yet in Germany, and breakfast staff were amazing too. Our room is enormous and like a studio apartment, highly recommend. "

" It is located in a great location, and the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff friendly if not the most helpful. The only downside is the restaurant. It says you can come in and enjoy a drink, but that is not the case. You can eat in there after 6PM, but you are not allowed to come in and have a drink. Overall a nice place, but probably wouldn’t stay here again."
