"We had a great day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived just before midnight. They assisted us in finding parking even though no stalls were available. They even offered us water when we were thirsty after a long trip. We’ll definitely stay here again. Very close to the waterfront, tons of shops and a beautiful walk."

Parking is free and very convenient and the hotel is close to town. A great place to stay for a couple of nights while you tour Hilo and Volcano, which is less than an hour away."
