Situated on a hill above Charlotte Amalie you get a great view of the cruise ships and other boats in the water which is within walking distance. It is a hill, so walking is down and up. "Husband and I had a very nice visit. We liked that it was small and private-feeling. We think you really need to rent a car to stay here; taking cabs would (probably - we didn't do it!) be so onerous and limiting. Our room was great and just like the pictures. We loved the balcony and appreciated the A/C and mini-kitchen."
