"Highest floors are un-livable, there are extremely loud vibrations that made me complain for money back. They didnt accept, however luckily they allowed me to change room for 4th floor, which I accepted and there the vibrations could not be heard, just extremely loud street noise intercom outside of the room."

"Upon arrival staff were helpful as I was early, I checked in & left luggage to return later. The restaurant & bar onsite is beautiful and good dishes available. In the foyer they hold music nights. Room was cleaned every few days, fresh towels are placed in a bag on your door. Is all that is needed, saving on resources. Coffee machine in the lobby, nice way to start the day. Breakfast can be taken in restaurant if required. Proximity to 2 train stations Odakyu or JR is awesome and so...

"Great location in Shinjuku, as you walk out the hotel nightlife and restaurants are everywhere. Your about 2 blocks out the east exit of the Shinjuku train station so transportation to other areas is very easy. Only drawback is the room is on the smaller side but we spoke to fellow travelers we met and that is the normal in this area. Altogether would stay here again and would recommend to friends. Thanks, Darrel and Thelma "

"Excellent Stay – Clean, Quiet, and Thoughtful Service! I had an amazing stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi-Shinjuku PREMIER. From start to finish, everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. One of the standout features was their room cleaning system—if you opt out of daily cleaning, they provide a bag with fresh towels, toiletries, and bottled water, which was a fantastic and thoughtful touch. The showers were incredible too. The water pressure was on point with both a rainfall and wand option. The location was excellent, just a 5-8 minute walk to the subway, making it easy to get around Tokyo. Despite being so central, the area felt very safe and quiet, which made for a restful stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and well-maintained place to stay in Tokyo! Would definitely stay here again. 🚆✨🏨"
