"Gal at the front counter was very pleasant/friendly; she even called shortly after checkin to ensure room and we were good. We travel often and very rare to have this type of service but this experience is what keeps us coming back! Only bad experience was breakfast was over cooked but there was also a wrestling tournament and think they were trying to keep supply up and when we got there, it was over warmed and dry. "
