"Great seaside resort. Spacious room, good view of the ocean. The private baths were simply divine, perfect way to relax and unwind. Complimentary beer/water/snacks in the room, ice cream after your private bath. The staff were great even with the language barrier they made sure you understood where your room was and where things are on a map. There is parking in front of the hotel but we arrived via taxi, approximately a 5000 yen fare from the Coaska Bayside Stores depending on time of day."

"Casablanca Pool House was an absolute incredible experience they’re so kind and accommodating, the house is so clean upon arrival, having a private pool and outdoor tub is rare to find in Japan especially on a last minute booking ! "It was great. Wonderful, friendly and thoughtful staff. Front desk was great help with so many questions. It's nice that some staff did not speak English, and some did very well. One morning my daughter was exhausted and couldn't make breakfast. Without asking the chef packed her a special to go breakfast that was perfect and amazing. Arigato gozaimasu Kamakura WeBase.... "We stayed at this hotel for 6 days. The location is excellent by the Shonan beach and the view from the room was very nice. More importantly, the hotel staff members are customer focused and make sure every customer feels special. I would stay at this hotel again when I visit Kamakura again in the future."
