"Overall it was nice and quaint . Great location . I do think the color scheme in the rooms needs to be updated. It was a green trim around the borders and doors . I think just updating would make a world of difference as well as putting some flooring down instead of the natural concrete "

"The overall experience was nice but there were a few challenges. The photos of the rooms shows them fully furnished but in ours, it was like the room was just put together: there were only furniture items such as the bed and couches. There were no side tables, there was no artwork, and other than the bedroom no lamps; we could turn on bright ceiling lights or sit in the dark. Additionally, despite the no smoking rules, people on our floor were people smoking pot in the hallways which made it...

"It felt so good to be back home for a bit. It's quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. Staff was friendly, prompt and amazing. The matresses either need to be flipped or replaced. The floors need to be mopped with something else. Like an actual mop or a different solution. But if you wear socks or your shoes inside it's not a big deal. I will be staying here anytime I don't want to stay with family. Thank you everyone!"

"My group and I had a wonderful experience at Sonder in the French Quarter, NOLA. The building is located right on Canal St. with access to EVERYTHING! Our Lyft drivers could easily drive up to the building to pick us up, we were in walking distance of Bourbon st, the WW II measure (about 20 min walk), and restaurant /bars. The facility was nice and clean with everything we needed to feel at home. "

"This was the wors motel that I have ever stayed in. The bag covers under the sheets were covered in urine stains, and what it looked like, blood. Maintenance is horrible Groundkeeping is horrible, overall filthy location.Needs a major update i walked in the lobby and was able to see the computer. I saw every guest name and room number. I brought it to the owner's wife attention. She said something about it's because if they close down the system, they have to reboot the whole thing or something...

"Roami at Factors row was the perfect base for our New Orleans trip! Located in a quite part of the CBD, but within just a few blocks walk from the buzzy French Quarter - it meant we could be part of the action, but also get some peace! We stayed in the three bed, 2 story apartment - it was HUGE! Brilliant facilities, we all had our own bathroom and plenty of space to relax (including our own terrace). It was different not having a physical reception or staff on site - but we didn’t have any...

"Great location - close to the french quarter, but not on a busy street. Having an apartment allowed us to spread out and the giant kitchen island was nice. Weird bathroom configuration, but overall a serviceable landing spot. I wish the couch had been comfier and the bed had more pillows, but for the price and location, I would recommend."

"Nice place. Biggest concern was security. Front door DID NOT LATCH. Major concern. In fact I remember that not being latched for a Mardi Gras parade last year. My friend was looking for a restroom."

"I am not really sure why the reviews here so poorly match the state of the hotel. It’s run down and a more than a bit grubby. The staff are lovely and helpful and do their best to take care of you but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that the hotel needs some serious upkeep. "
