Upon check-in, I found the staff to be quite unfriendly and unwelcoming. There was a lack of guidance regarding the location of my room and the elevators, which left me feeling confused and unwelcome. This treatment made me feel unimportant and disregarded, which is not what I expect from a hospitality establishment. Regrettably, due to this experience, I have decided that I will not be returning to your hotel in the future. "The Governor is a great spot and super affordable. The rooms have mini-refrigerators which is awesome. A lot of newer hotels don’t have them anymore. The location is very convenient & the staff is great. "

"Everything was great but my room was not cleaned on the first day. I stayed two nights. I usually tip well, but since the trash wasn’t emptied and used towels were not replaced, I did not tip. "
