"I sont often leave a review but this hotel was fantastic. Lovely 1 night stay with the kids. Huge spacious deluxe family room which meant that there was a single bed each for the kids. Lots of space in the room and a chromecast which meant you could stream a film at night onto the tv to keep kids happy. Breakfast was very good. Helpful staff...gluten free bread and corn flakes on offer. Good qualiry food. I have to say one of the nicest hotels ive stayed in with the kids. "

"Stayed for 10 nights. The property is extremely convenient, with an easy walk to Paddington Station, lots of foot traffic, streets are not too busy. I felt very safe walking around with my teenager, even after dark Staff was friendly and responsive. Water in the shower was very hot with great water pressure. Beds were comfy (we had a triple, room was cozy.)"

There were a few people sitting in the lounge but many of the tables had not been cleaned and were covered in glasses. This is the only disappointing part of our stay. We walked around for a minute or two, still no staff so we went to the Mirror Bar. "
