"Lovely, quiet and peaceful place. Enjoyed the short walk to the beach/village and the place itself was clean. My only wish was for the hot tub to be open until 10 instead of 9pm. Will definitely be back!"

"First, the good stuff. Great size unit. Plenty big, if you have four or more people. Two full baths. King bed was great. Nice and firm. This unit as at the back, so less noise but little view of the lake. We thought this might be more quiet being a block from the beach/ main st. with more people and cars. Large patio with table and seating. Smaller patio off bedroom. Also, on the 5th floor are BBQs and pool table and foosball. Nice touch. The not so nice. Cabinets and some furniture tired....

"Staff was very understanding and accomodating when we checked in late at night on a rainy day. Suite was just as described, the only thing was that the people above us were EXTREMELY LOUD. We could hear what must have been a party because furniture was being heavily moved around, someone sounded like they were bouncing a ball and we could hear their voices so clearly, we had to ask front desk to tell those people to tone down the noise at 9pm. Other than that, our stay was very nice."

"It was comfortable. The price was right. Feel like the property needs some maintenance. Communications needs to be a little more clear as it was a bit confusing to find our suit as it wasn’t a room inside. It was like what is meant to be a store space and it was repurposed for a suite. I loved the location and access "

"The place was roomy and spacious, way better then a hotel! Two of the beds weren't made, no apology was given and they insisted on interrupting our trip to come and make the beds after I said please dont. I probably wouldnt even bother to write this review had there been a sincere apology, I mean things happen right...Also the king bed was way too hard and there was glass doors on the den without curtains so you could not have privacy in that room. I think it could be way better if some things...

"There was a last minutes confusion with booking of 3BR, which was changed to 2BR, lead to a lot of communications, waste of time and stresses for me. There was no reply to my communications to resolve the issue. There was some phone communication but the voice to was clear, but by texting the response was fast and helpful thorough the trip. My request for the discount rate was considered by email, and I will check my visa to make sure it is deducted. Access to the fob or keys were a bit...

"The experience overall was okay. the management reached out immediately when knocked. The best part was that the property was very close to the lake. However there were certain things that needed attention. Eg; the sofa had dogs white hair, the cushion looks like it was bitten by a dog, one of the kitchen cabinet was broken, the blind in the loft room was busted, dead spider on the blinds, the main bedroom bed was extremely squeaky. "

"We like the unit. It was big enough for our family. Really liked the location and also the quick response from staff. Just one thing though, the ac is not centralized so the bedrooms were a bit hot. You need to open the bedroom doors for the cool air to circulate. We managed and had a good time. We’ll be back."

"Very nicely renovated. Indoor pool with big glass windows, warm water and outdoor patio & hot tub. Room with water view was spectacular. Pleasant staff. A definite go-to for a relaxing visit to Harrison."
