"Every staff member I met was so kind and helpful! They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was wonderful! From the doorman to the front desk! The hotel itself is in the perfect location, within walking distance to everything. I stayed here to see a show at radio city. It was only a few blocks away. The room itself felt a little outdated but I liked it because it was giving classy! Absolutely no issues with the room or this hotel. I felt completely safe and I didn’t have to wait forever for the elevator like some other hotelsin the area. All in all, I would stay here again."

"The hotel was nice. It's an older facility but they keep it up. The room and bathroom were small. The front desk and all of the staff were amazing! Very friendly, kind and courteous! Helping in hailing cabs--I was on crutches, so this was much appreciated. "
