"Our stay was incredible! We were in the area for the Helen Christmas tree lighting and market. We ended up staying another night because this Inn was so great. Rebecca was amazing and the room was comfortable and well appointed. The Inn is beautiful and steeped in history. I highly recommend this place for couples as it has such a historic and romantic feel to it."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Shower curtain needs either replaced or cleaned. It was orange at the bottom. It had snowed/iced and no attempt had been made to clear the parking lot so it was very slippery. Some of the sidewalks were partially cleared. Breakfast was actually good. We don’t usually eat hotel breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel was great, as it always is. We stayed in the king suite with the whirlpool tub. The room was great, but the tub needs some refurbishing. The jets and all worked fine, but you could tell it's been in use for quite a long while. It wont deter us from staying here again. This is primarily the only hotel we stay at when visiting Helen. The staff are wonderful and always very friendly and helpful."
