"1.Aircon not working properly 2.staff not helpful and friendly 3.paid room rate with free breakfast 3 people,but hotel asked to pay additional 1 breakfast even we only have 3 adults to have the breakfast. 4.hotel staff called to refund the breakfast money after we check out the hotel but asked we go down to the hotel to collect the money. "The staff does not speak English at all. Make sure you have a translator on your phone. The internet speed is unacceptable (unusable). Also, you have to have a local cell phone number in order to log in on the internet. This is crazy for international guests staying at the hotel. The breakfast fair to poor. Very limited selection for Western choices and all the hot food was cold."
