"We had a wonderful stay at the Delano Homestead. Tracey and Paul made us feel very welcome and comfortable in the home, they are lovely people who clearly enjoy people and keeping an Inn. The folks we met at breakfast were friendly and the location is great for walking and visiting SouthCoast towns. "

"The rooms are clean and have plenty of room to stay with a pet. The staff was friendly and greeted my dog warmly. There is a $100 fee for a pet stay, which is understandable, but it would be nice if all or part could be refunded if there is no damage to the room. There is a good walking area around the hotel, but there are too many inconsiderate pet owners who do not clean up after their dogs & it does not seem like the hotel has anyone do it either."
