"I had a pleasant check in experience, the front desk staff was friendly as soon as I found someone who spoke English. The whole process was quick. The hotel is right next to the beach with a great ocean view. I loved the modern feel to the rooms and all of the extra small amenities that were included. There were bottles of water in the fridge, power cables to charge phones, coffee and tea. "

"Far from the beach. Lack of very basic amenities. They charge you for everything that should be provided. Would not stay here again. It is not a hotel but a basic motel level.Not recommended."

Most times when i read reviews of a property I usually will make my own conclusions but in the case of the Ocean Grand hotel i should have put more weight on the reviews.
