"Large comfortable rooms with king sized bed. Spacious bathroom with adequate toiletries. However the light over the basin was not working thus making it dark for my husband to shave. "Was a lovely hotel with lovely staff in a nice location, I do like the kings inn hotels but admittedly the bathroom wasn’t very clean nor modern and it did smell a little, but it was still good for the price we paid to stay there. The bed was comfortable and we had a sleep without any disturbances. Also breakfast was nice, and the bar maids were very nice and it was very calm and chilled to sit and have a drink in the evening. "Attended a wake at Kingscroft yesterday, also a few of us booked rooms and stayed over. The staff were brilliant from start to finish , food was lovely and fresh and kept being replenished. "Good, solid place. It really is a monastery with large grounds and impressive buildings. Welcome was very friendly and helpful. The property is dated, but in fairly good order. Bed was good. The perfect City Mini-break venue.

"Beautiful room, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We love this hotel, it's in the middle of the hubbub of Leeds City Centre with all of its attractions and night-life but has the feel of a Country Club. Quiet, peaceful, relaxing, historic, charming, with all the excitement of the City of Leeds just outside the front door, and less than 5 minutes walk from the station. "

"Lovely weekend away for my husband’s birthday. We were given an upgrade to an executive room which was very nice. Room was large with good views over the square in front of the train station. Dressing gowns and Nespresso machine along with tea and coffee included. A card and a small box of chocolates was sent up too, lovely gesture, was appreciated."
