"The hotel is considered one of two of the best hotels in Dong Ha. The staff were professional and a treat to deal with. I stayed here for three nights and enjoyed the location, nearby is the Dong Ha market and next to that is the Coop store (stocked with things I needed and they also have a Jolibees). I don't eat breakfast because of my health so I cannot comment on the included meal. My bathroom had a bathtub, flipflops are on offer, and I even had a ceramic tea pot with cups and saucers. ...

"They bend over backwards to help you in every way. It's a great hidden gem. Just too far for us to get to the town. The bathroom needs a good clean, it was so bad we didn't even take a shower as it was full of someone else's hair... lucky for us it was just a one night stay! It it was clean it would have been. "very nice lady, offering to help but not to pushy. when we told here we had to go to the buspickup early morning, she was already downstairs. helped us to a taxi(it was pouring rain) since non of the grabdriver acceoted our drive 5:30 in the morning. she also contacted the buscompany, to arrange a better pickup point. nice little pool, you can have breakfast there prefferably preordered the day before. room was clean and spacious, shower seperated from the toilet.
