"The property is good, well maintained and in great condition. Furniture is new and adequate to a rental. Location is perfect. The only downside is that the kitchenware should be more complete in terms of itens offered, and the bedware also is not appropriate - including bed linen (it was not a linen kit but a duvet cover used as a sheet, which did not covered the whole bed futon)."

"The staff are 10/10. Pool needs a revamp and the cleanliness of the pool was poor hairs lying around and damp marks on the ceiling. Saunas was amazing!! Shower in my room could have been cleaner found hairs around shower head. "

Convenient location, lovely place to stay

"We chose to stay here as we were visiting Efteling - we were very pleased with the location as it is about 10 minutes’ walk away from the park! Free parking with EV charging by RFID card. There is a supermarket round the corner and a couple of restaurants dotted about not too far away. The room was lovely and breakfast was delicious, lots of options at the buffet. Would definitely stay again."

"Excellent location convenient for exploring the city and within a short walk of the train station. The hotel is oozing character maintaining the style and spirit of Eindhoven's long-standing connection with Philips. The hotel has got a great layout, the reception is welcoming and this remains throughout the stay. People are clearly proud to work at Westcord and it shows."

Location, perfect service, class

"Fantastic hotel with perfect service in the heart of Eindhoven. Room was a bit cold, but reception staff were too kind to fix that. Clean, classy design - you can never mistake NH Collection with another brand. The only missing thing is a parking. The outside parking cost us the price of the room."
