It was a trip away for my birthday and everyone went out of their way to make my stay memorable for all the right reasons. A special shout out and thank you to Sonia, Dan, Lucy and the lovely lady with the glasses whose name I didn’t catch who greeted us for breakfast each morning; exceptional customer service accompanied by a welcoming smile and friendliness.
