"Served my needs. Had a lot of friends staying in condos down the street so only need a bed to crash in Bed was comfortable was a little noisy at night with spring breakers but I was once one of those spring breakers so what goes around comes around "

"Our stay was awesome . Kitchen essentials for cooking was amazing. Bed was so comfortable I wish there were heavier comforters . Walk to the beach was so convenient and the pool near our rooms was great . Near great restaurants etc . There is construction on one building . We also had a leak from the water heater in our other bedroom. Wasn’t realized sooner due to us being gone lol . "

"We love coming to the Island Resort. It was our 3rd time coming and staying there. It waa our first time staying in a junior suite. We were excited to stay on the dune view junior suite, but when we arrived to the room everything was great except the lock on the dune view patio door lock was broken. We called the front desk and they sent maintenance to come check it. The maintenance tech was very nice and professional. He said he could not fix the lock at that time but got it approved to get our room switched. It was a good decision and the staff were very helpful and switched us to the 3rd floor. We had beautiful view of the water. We were very happy with all the staff. We will be back to visit again. Thank you 😊 "

"The Royal Sonesta was wonderful! There was nothing that we did not like. We were a party of two 63 year old grandparents and two teenagers. From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, our trip was wonderful. Even though the hotel is located right on BourbonStreet, the instant you enter the front doors - it is beautiful and quiet! Our interior balcony room faced a lovely courtyard and in the evenings we could sit outside and enjoy the evenings with no sounds from Bourbon Street. Our room was well appointed and very nice and exceptionally clean. Pool area was relaxing with poolside bar and background music. Restaurants at hotel were good and coffee shop off lobby was good also. Valet parking was a breeze - never had to wait for the car. I would highly recommend this hotel! In fact, wish I was there right now - but sadly all good things must come to an end…"
