"We had a comfortable stay at this property. Security is good at this property as card required to access lift lobby, lift to go to the unit. There is also a security guard seated at the lobby every time we passed by. There are not many food outlets nearby but with Grab of around RM8, we can reach most of the popular eateries."

"The building was beautiful, the staff were fantastic. It’s across from a park and walkable to all the town has to offer. Small quibbles were the internet - kept going in and out, and while the breakfast was more than plentiful, the food was not kept warm. Will stay again if we’re in town. "

"Enjoyable stay with courteous service. We chose this hotel for its central location, connection to the Ipoh Mall and the 6 EV charging bays for hotel guests (at RM1.05/kWh). Our room on the Concept (12th) floor came with a jacuzzi, and overall it was spacious and comfortable, but with some hits and misses. "There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's good for a family. It's clear and its space is enough for 4 persons. The bad equiments is the TV controler, it's difficult to use and we couldn't watch TV. "

"The property has a very nice living area, and a very nice and helpful staff. Our individual bedroom as very nice and comfortable, just a little small, but it even had a sink which was supper convenient. "I am staying in room 936, please repair the room : 1/ hanger behind the toilet doir had lost, please put back 1, 2/ the crntralist aircond is warm even put 15C and it is very noisy 3/ the paint on the toilet door wear off, please repaint 4/ the room had not supply face towel and no reply on requst on 25.1.2020 on request til next day meeting up the cleaner only resolve the problem of toiletary supply."

"It was good, cleanliness surrounding the grout of bathrooms and luggage benches needed to be wiped on general rubbing marks. The swimming pool, and general flooring/ hidden areas should be better attention to cleaning, not just glossing over - The hotel is only 5 yo, and the effort of polishing/ cleaning of public areas, or wall paints needed better protection of weather - generally maintained to good standards. Thank you."
