The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which gave the lodge a homey feeling. The rooms were very clean and well-insulated from noise. "Property was stunning, great attention to detail from linen to even sponge, dish soap, utensils, tissue paper. All you need is there. Staff is super friendly and there’s a cute gas station around the corner with lots of beautiful souvenirs. We loved our two nights and we even got to experience snow. Definitely will be back for more nights."

"We're not sure how often the sheets get inspected and cleaned but the room we stayed in was dirty. When we flipped the flannel top over so we could sleep, we saw crusted white splotches all over. We couldn't see anything on the brown fleece but the flat sheet underneath had pubic hair on a few spots. We ended up using towels as pillow covers in case and our sleeping bag as a sheet. The hand towel was stained as well. The bed was stiff and kept us awake. It was already past their office hours...
