"The staff was amazing! Adrian (front desk) went out of his way to find me the perfect room (quiet and far away from the elevator). Kelly (front desk) was very personable and had excellent customer service skills - she arranged to get me coffee for my room, and late housekeeping services . Then there was Nati (housekeeper), who was very cheerful and cleaned my room spotless.
