"We stayed for two nights/one day at the Phoenician with our 4 and 6 yo kids. The reason my overall rating is not excellent is because the splash pad, waterslide and whirlpools were all broken the day we were there. The splash pads and whirlpools did get going midafternoon, but the waterslide remained out of order. "My family and I have stayed on this property many times, and mostly in the casitas (or as they are now called Privado Suites). Service is fantastic, and the rooms are always clean and well maintained. We oftentimes come for Christmas at the Princess, which is very fun for the kids. Definitely recommend this property. "

"Service at the hotel is really great! Unfortunately, the facility itself is desperately in need of updating. They downplay the condition by positioning it as a classic Mediterranean resort, one of a timeless age. Also, the layout of the villa is "choppy," making it a bit challenging for customers to navigate their way around. Lastly, the resort is directly on East Camelback Rd., making entry/exit difficult via car and virtually impossible on foot (no sidewalks!)."

"I loved the huge living room and the kitchen area at the hotel. The huge statue Fountain with the was absolutely gorgeous. I love the pool area. The entire area outside reminded me like of Italy setting. This resort was absolutely beautiful. I was not expecting this at all. The breakfast room was stunning! I loved that they had free alcohol drinks every night from 5:00-6:30 PM. My only complaint would be the bathtub drained slow and the bedroom door doesn’t stay closed afar you shut it. Other...
