"This hotel is just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. The rooftop bar and pool are both fantastic, and the lobby on the ground floor is elegantly designed, making a great first impression. "Staff was excellent in all respects; very responsive to requests. Rooms were clean and pleasant, if a bit small. Note that our room did not have exterior windows, and based on the layout, I'm guessing many/most of the rooms were like this. However, the rooftop lounge was very pleasant for hanging out if you wanted some fresh air and a view. The included breakfast was good. My only real criticism was that the area immediately around the hotel was not great — definitely not super clean and noisy...

"We had a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo. It was very modern and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had quality utensils, pots, dishes etc. and plenty. Often when we travel, this is not the case. The property manager Lisa made sure everything was good including having the groceries brought to the room. Thank you Lisa for making sure our stay was great!"

"No water from 9PM to 8AM almost every day, staff so rude and not willing to help at all, we had lots of water from who know where and they didn’t do anything to clean it til 2 days later, over all so bad, not staying here ever again"

"Super cute place. We stayed in the deluxe camper “Marlin”. The only thing is the toilet is hard piped to the sewer and the smell was pretty bad. We picked up RV toilet treatment and it made it bearable. Other than that the camper was comfortable and we felt very safe. "

"Hard to get the WiFi right. Couldn’t understand which to use. They give you a page with 10 choices and say good luck! The AC is hard to notice. Septic systems smell poorly but that’s many places. "

"Fantastic place to stay. Multiple restaurants and bars. The private island and boat ride to it are a real bonus. Excellent golf course. The only downside wasn’t that bad—room was a little dated but very clean, good water pressure and great A/C. Overall, I highly recommend. "

"I loved this property. It actually is a palace. It’s so much to do on the resort you will need to stay atleast a week. Make sure to make dinner reservations bc this property has about 12 restaurants. There are 24 hour buffets. There are live shows and a plethora of other amenities and activities. The pictures are exactly how the ocean view is which was absolutely beautiful. I wish I could have moved in to be honest. I would recommend 100/10 and I would definitely revisit this resort. A must see "
