"Instructions to access key to room was good and simple. Disappointed that there was no reception staff on site during our 4 night stay. Carpet required vacuuming and grout in shower recess needed cleaning. Was hoping that the room was serviced - clearly not."

"Overall a good experience. It was bigger than expected. Cleanliness of the property can be improved, it has a weird smell and we had to open doors and remove the oil scent. The toilet smell was not great, we ended up cleaning it, wish the window can be opened to remove odour. Not sure will return. "
