"We stayed for one week and the service was great. The room was spacious but not very clean. We had to wear shoes in the room, otherwise our socks turned black. The trash was not cleaned out when we first went into the room. The shower was clogged and almost flooded the bathroom. The bathroom had a mildew smell. "A fantastic weekend stay in buzzing Canary Wharf, in a brand new aparthotel. We loved the facilities including communal, funky lounges and a terrace, with complimentary tea, coffee and ‘honesty’ groceries, ranging from ice-cream, gyozas, plant milks and pasta! I asked if they stocked salt and pepper and the manager on duty kindly gifted me a full, new tub of Cornish sea salt and new black pepper mill, both very gratefully received.
