"Great location and lots of options for pools. This is a solid B+ hotel. The rooms are large and the views are fantastic! They have the airport transfer well organized and work with you to keep your luggage after checkout, but they require 10 am checkout, which is earlier than most hotels. The staff was friendly but were very slow to respond to requests or just said they wouldn't be able to help. It seemed like they were constantly under staffed. "Nice resort. Rooms are dated but clean. Staff was pleasant and the pool was huge. Location is right where you want to be… steps from the ocean and the walkable area of palm cove. "
