"The first night was a little rough. There was quite a bit of noise from other rooms & above, but I packed a white noise machine & that helped. Staff was wonderful, kind, & always willing to help. I loved the spaciousness of the room& wood floors. I wish I would’ve kept the smaller room with the city view however because not have natural light was a bit disappointing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. "

"Nicely updated, Mario at check in was amazing! He went out of his way to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. He even went out to shovel and salt the walkway from the back parking lot. Our room was cold, he brought keys up to us to allow us to easily move to the room next door. He is exceptional at delivering outstanding customer service and should be recognized! We will always stay here if given a choice! "
