"My stay was a 4.8 out of 5 stars… I really wanted it to be 5, but unfortunately, right when I got up to the room, I wasn’t able to flush the toilet… When I told the front desk about the toilet, they said they’d send someone in 15-20 minutes later. After waiting about 30-40 minutes for someone, I ended up falling asleep… when I woke up, the toilet unfortunately still hadn’t been fixed. So I called the front desk when I woke up about 2 hours later, to which it was resolved within 15 minutes later. "

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Adriana, who checked us in, was amazing and made us feel so welcome from the start. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to all the attractions, shopping, and local spots. The room was nice, though a bit more space would’ve been great. Overall, we felt safe, and everything was just a short walk away. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!"

"Staff were amazing and room was the perfect size. Location was perfect, yet room was quiet despite proximity to Michigan Ave. My only complaint was that the bell desk was often not staffed when I needed bell services, but this was easily circumvented by speaking to the front desk, who were very accommodating. "

"I loved the location of this hotel. It was near the Navy Pier and walkable to many dining and bar options. Close enough to the Loop trains and the river walk. I felt no issue with safety walking around at night on the weekend. The rooms were clean & comfortable. I am used to city sounds so being on the 5th floor where I could here some street noise and trucks was not an issue for me. "
