"Property was very nice and clean. Couple of issues I had.1. We waited outside for an hour and half waiting to get in. I tried to call but no answer. Finally a neighbor came and let us in. They asked me to upload our passports to the site on Expedia but there is nowhere to upload it to. So without uploading we couldn’t get our room. "Arrived around Midnight. Welcomed by a very kind and service oriented receptionist. Considering the cost, the room was extremely nice and clean with a large balcony. Breakfast (included) was well assorted and og in good wuality and well tasting. Surroundings/tables/attention to covid risk reduction absolutely fine. Only reason for not not giving top marks is that noise from cleaning of the stairway and from other guests woke me up 6 am"

"The owners of the property provided directly a very nice service attention. The facility very cleaned and good condition of the areas. Good climate conditions of the room. "The hotel in general was nice. However there were 10-15 kids hanging out in the lobby and front door. Seemed like a school was being held there. It was very unusual. Also, parking was impossible. None existed. If it wasn’t for the kindness of a local gentleman I do not know what we would have done. If you are not driving that’s a different story. Restaurants in the area were awesome especially II Meggesse. "

"We enjoyed staying in the suite which had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/dining/living area and a big balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean along lungomare. The hotel has a modern Zen design. The cleaning staff were amazing. The breakfast selection of fruits, cereals, eggs, cheeses, charcuteries, pastries were delicious and nutritious, and they also provided lactose free milk and soy beverages, also yummy cappuccinos. The only complaint we have is the uncomfortable beds as the mattress was too firm and hard, it felt like I was sleeping on a board which made my body ache so I did not sleep well. The hotel needs to provide better and comfortable beds for their guests. "

"The hotel is really “Grand!” Eventually, it will be updated for aesthetic reasons. But, for now - everything is functional and looks good, even though,- not very modern looking. But, everything is kept clean and tidy.marble stairs, high ceilings. Large rooms, wide balconies. Decent mattresses, refrigerator. "
