"Mark and his team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was all we wanted it to be. Mark is very knowledgeable about Malta and helped us with deciding on days out. We booked room 42 with its own terrace and hot tub, which insured we had fantastic views for the NYE fireworks. Complimentary bubbly in the fridge on arrival along with snacks and soft drinks. "Nice hotel, great location, very welcoming staff. Worth noting that some rooms only have a bath tub, no shower - and our tub had a large stain which was a bit off putting. Our towels weren’t changed at all for the first few days of our stay, and there wasn’t much room to hang them to dry - but then they were changed daily on the last couple of days of the stay so perhaps they were just overlooked on the previous days. "Absolutely perfect location for a stay in Valletta. Right next to the main shopping area, minutes from all the bars and restaurants. Also just minutes from the main bus station, so great for exploring the island. Very clean and modern room which was well serviced during my stay. Unfortunately my room was a bit noisy being able to hear the services in the other rooms. "
