Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness made us feel not just like a guest but truly at home. The dining experience was another highlight—each meal was a masterpiece, blending exquisite flavours with artistic presentation. The overall hotel’s ambiance, whether in the elegant dining area and the indoor swimming pool was stunningly pleasing. We were just a few steps to restaurants, shopping, the Citadella, St. George's basilica, and very close to transportation, as well! I highly, highly recommend this hotel."

"An exceptional property and 5 star service at every level. The spa is a beautiful oasis, all staff went above and beyond in all departments. I arranged for a direct transfer from the airport to the hotel and it was worth every penny after a long journey from Canada. The drivers who work with the hotel are amazing. The breakfast options are fresh and plentiful, and the service was excellent. Gozo is a beautiful island and I highly recommend a stay at the Kempinski. 10/10 will absolutely return. "

"Wonderful hotel and fantastic staff who were happy and cheerful every morning and throughout the day. I don’t know how they managed. Peter was exceptionally pleasant and great to chat to. Breakfast was a la carte and totally amazing - gorgeous food and big quantities. I hope that I will be back within the next year."
