"It’s not near the down area, but it’s quiet and nice location, bus only 2 minutes away. And the train need to walk about 10 minutes. But there’s small kitchen inside so you could cook by your own too. "

"Long time for check in but staff hurried up the process. Room had only 1 towel and no cups was told we needed to request ahead of time. During us leaving housekeeping barged in without knocking. Except for the nuances the staff was very accommodating and the hotel was close to the main train station."

"The cleaners ignore the Do Not Disturb sign and knock on the door in the early hours. One of the cleaners came in without warning. Even when I complained, it continued."

"The hotel staff was great. The daily cleaning was a joke. The beds were poorly made and nobody emptied the garbage cans for 3 days. The bathroom was not cleaned after room service. I was very confused by the daily room service. Not sure what the standards are. I booked 3 rooms and all of them had the same poor daily room cleaning service. "

"Great location right next to subway train and short walk to Schönbrunn and Technisches Museum. Delicious breakfast included. Bunk beds were fun for the kids. Shopping mall with grocery store in the same building!"

"The staff were very accommodating to the situation I had with my room and they were very helpful and accommodating my extra guest, even though the hotel at capacity. I don’t think I’ve had a better experience at a hotel with hotel staff. I had a situation with the person who was staying in my room and the hotel was very understanding and helped me mitigate through it. I appreciated that very much and respect the care they had for their other hotel goers. The food was terrific."

"This hotel was outstanding. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a complimentary glass of prosecco and were made to feel very welcome. The staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable . Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and warm. Plenty of food and drink options. The spa , gym and pool were a bonus . I would highly recommend. "
