Location is amazing, it is an older property so it is a lot larger than more newer builds. Unit had everything we needed, a few maintenance issues lights in kitchen needed changing and shower door came off mid shower but front desk very receptive to getting issues resolved. Will definitely be back sometime soon

the 2 bedroom unit was just right for me and my daughter to have our own space and do our own things but still be together. it was just what we both needed. i could not fault the accommodation, facilities and service. we will be going back as soon as possible

Property was great only problem was they had advertised that the room had a king sized bed. We booked the room on this basis. On arrival we were disappointed to find only a queen sized bed. Other than that the property was great and was well located in the middle of everything.

There was no air-conditioning in the bedroom making it very hard to cool the bedroom and the bed was really soft and had a hole in the middle. Between the lack of air-conditioning and the terrible bed I didn't get a lot of sleep and wouldn't recommend staying here. Summer would be terrible there.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel, as it didn't live up to its 4-star rating. The bathroom and bed were outdated, and the overall condition of the room felt neglected. The only redeeming qualities were the convenient location and ample parking. Unfortunately, these perks didn't make up for the lack of comfort and quality.

Not good enough...
Great location with many excellent dining options right outside and ideal for our 10 night stay. Local tram network is right across the street too. However, unfortunately our room was extremely dirty, especially the bathroom. The sofa bed / couch had a broken arm & was extremely uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time, probably just passed its effective use by date. The shower head broke off on the first use, it was replaced when asked, however the tradesman left black footprints all over the bath matt & in shower base. As the hotel was fully booked, unfortunately there was no point asking for another room. Would definitely not stay at or recommend the Phoenican Resort again.
