"The property was beautiful and had quite a bit of charm. Unfortunately we stayed only one night and it was raining so we were unable to sit in their quaint garden area. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and professional. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and she was very helpful calling a taxi for us to go to the airport. "The hotel staff were great upon check-in/check-out. Room was spacious and clean but sat right over the top of the bar, so was a bit noisy until about 11:30 (on a Tuesday night). Also, apparently parents are allowed to leave their children unattended and running about the hallways at 10:30 p.m. at night. The evening dinner wait staff were excellent and so was the food! However the poor communication to me from Hotels.com regarding the checkin procedure & security deposit left me out in the rain before getting into my room. "Loved the aparthotel at Beckett Locke. Right outside is a team stop with easy ticket purchase and the amenities are wonderful. Did laundry the entire time we were there with the provided washer/dryer combo and had the option to cook also. Coffee shop downstairs is wonderful. Front desk staff are great! About 2.5 km to city center if you want to walk. Grocery available about 2 blocks away. Restaurants close and 3Arena right next door!"
