"Check in was a bit of a hassle. Attendents were cordial at best, seemed a bit impatient and annoyed with our situation, and a bit "short" with another guest. Room was clean, door hard to open, and peep hole cover was broke. Quiet night stay, for the short amount of time we were there."

"The staff were very nice and accommodating. Whoever owns the property really should renovate and remodel this hotel. It has a great location but the hotel is old and outdated. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the price was really good. This hotel needs Anthony Melchiorri to do a “Hotel Impossible” makeover because the potential is there, unfortunately the owner just lets the hotel waste away. It is ok for short stays like one or two days but I wouldn’t recommend a long term stay...

"Great location! We arrived early and paid for the early check-in upgrade and it was so worth as we overlooked Times Square on the 31st floor! Our 1st time in NYC to celebrate our 25th anniversary! Hotel is in the middle of everything and walkable. Subway access next to the entrance. The staff was nice and friendly. They even recommended rooftop spots with great views of the city. The bar/lounge/restaurant in the hotel even has live music on the weekends. I recommend this hotel if you want to be in the heart of Times Square! We will definitely be back! The previous reviews helped us to choose this hotel and I’m glad we did!"
