"The staff was great, but the room lacked a fridge and microwave. It’s not a major issue, but having them would have been a nice addition. Other than that, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable."

"If you go onto most sites, you'll see people say The View is better. But it's also about twice the price, and we loved Goulding's just fine. The view here is remarkable too, and from our second floor balcony, we loved watching the changing shades as the sun went down. Then the next morning I was just 8mins drive from a glorious sunset at the Visitor Center for Monument Valley. I like, though, that they're not just resting on the view: everything in the room worked, the bed was comfy, things were clean, staff were all nice and helpful, the restaurant was decent, and access to a grocery store very nearby was nice too. So, yeah, if you're rich and money is no object, The View's proximity to The Mittens is surely great, but Goulding's served us extremely well and didn't bankrupt us doing so."

"Friendly service, clean & comfortable room. We enjoyed the easy walk down to the San Juan River and pretty views of the area. Best of all, two friendly cats greeted us & made quick friends! Easy access from here to Moki Dugway, Muley Point, and Valley of the Gods."
