"The most outstanding element to my stay was helpfulness of the staff, Naeve, Sam, young man who helped me with luggage. Naeve was exceptional in accommodating two late check-out requests, co- ordinating billing, arranging baggage storage and baggage transport and generally checking up on how my trip was going. Sam was just lovely, she works in the restaurant and went out of her way to help all the guests with a friendly smile. The hotel needs some upgrades but I left feeling refreshed and...

"Have stayed before as hotel is handy for city centre and football trips Was noisy this time due to Christmas parties being on and music until late Also lots of road noise throughout the night Room was nice but pillows could be better Also be good to have bottled water in the room"
