"The staff were very slow to check us in, partly because the same staff who check you in were running the attached restaurant. Upon check-in, t ey reported they had no room keys available and forced me to download an app to open the lock wirelessly, which never actually worked. They eventually found extra keys and got us in. The room was great and the staff were very apologetic, but it was a rough start to our stay."
