"The property was rated as ocean front but it is about 2 1/2 blocks away you can see the ocean in a distance.. if you walk take mosquito spray they will eat your flesh.. there is a standing water area you have to walk by to get to the beach.. i would say it would be accurate to say you are a 10-12 minute walk by the beach not oceanfront. "We loved the house and its location to the beach very short walk. This house wasn’t that clean. The tops of the beds headboards were very dusty and dirty. The pull out sofa mattress had crusty dirt on the ends of the mattress. There are no sheets for the pull out. Also, the guest bedroom floor was dirty and the bed sheets had several hairs on them.
