"We have nothing but praise for all the staff as they go out of their way to help you and make your experience wonderful.we only booked for 3 days but now on our 10th day .I think that says it all "

"It was our first time in Hurghada and we were very pleased with the results of this hotel. The restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming especially Obama who helped me out when I needed some help with something and they all are extremely hard working individuals. The evening entertainment from the animation team is always great fun and jolly to participate in. The reception staff let us stay a little longer as our return flight home was very late in the evening which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this fabulous hotel may return again with friends very pleased and great holiday. "
