"Everything was perfect until the speakers that my neighbors had were on from 11 PM until 7 AM not to mention the screaming and yelling, although I contacted the reception many times regarding that it. And i was assured they were going to address that issue nothing was done. Great facility and a great place to spend some time off the city but this incident turned into a terrible experience. "

"I stayed for three nights with two kids. The staff are next-level humble and accommodating. A level of hospitality that is unmatched. I highly recommend Novotel Sahafa to any family. "An excellent hotel with new facilities, good location and rooms with plenty of space and elegant design. It offers you the same level of comfort of the JW Marriott (which is nearby) for one third of the price. And the rooftop pool and gym are outstanding. Will certainly come back to this hotel in the future. "

"This is a great hotel. During our stay we had large earth moving equipment working all through the night right outside our boarded up balcony. Hotel clearly knew as the had boarded up the Balcony. This made sleeping tough. It’s a good hotel other than that. Staff very professional and a very nice hotel. Just a shame about the sleepless night."

"Amazing front desk staff very accommodating. Around 10 min walk from the metro quite straight forward no need for a taxi. Room clean and big rooms in the junior suite. Quiet hotel. Perfectly located for Boulevard World or the financial district."
