"We had a very enjoyable stay in this hotel. The rooms are smallish but you get everything you need, although maybe an in room kettle would be useful. The shower was always warm and a good pressure on the water. The bed was very comfortable. Our room (239) was on the second floor towards the rear of the hotel so was a very quiet room. The food at breakfast was really nice and plenty of it, so felt good value. The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel is a great location for exploring Ghent being a 5 minute or so walk from the Cathedral, Belfry etc. I would definitely stay in this hotel again, it was a very enjoyable stay."

Parking is available at the hotel for a fee. Overall, this hotel is a stunning hotel in a fantastic location, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, museums & supermarkets. "The staff we were wonderful - they responded to an advance email requesting a walk in shower immediately.Room very comfortable & spotless with good bed & then excelled themselves as when I got to train station to leave I realized my phone had slipped out of my pocket in back of cab. On it were my Eurostar tickets & all personal & banking stuff - I called the hotel who immediately called the cab company & alerted the driver who found the phone & brought it back to station - disaster averted - I couldn’t praise them enough nothing to much trouble - outstanding service in great stay "
